These terms explain the BuyTCN purchasing and sourcing process. Review them together with your written quote and the Returns and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy before authorizing an order. An inquiry or a visit to this website does not itself place an order or authorize a charge.
Business identity and service roles
BuyTCN works through BSHINE LTD in Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, Hunan, China, for supply-chain management, purchasing, logistics and fulfillment, and BSHINE LLC in Montana, United States, for global sales, imports, exports, wholesale and retail. BSHINE LLC’s published address is 1001 S. Main St. Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. Your written quote or invoice must identify your contracting entity, payment recipient and whether we are selling goods or arranging a purchase from a third-party supplier. A service description does not remove any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.
Eligibility and permitted requests
You must be an adult with legal capacity to authorize an order, or act with lawful authority for a business. Provide accurate product, recipient and delivery information. We cannot arrange purchases or shipments that violate applicable law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights or carrier restrictions. Requests for counterfeits are not accepted. Regulated products require product-specific review before an order is accepted.
Quotes, authorization and payment
Sending a link or asking for a quote does not require payment. Availability and supplier pricing are checked before purchase. Confirm the exact goods, specifications, quantity, seller, applicable currency, itemized fees and shipping arrangements in writing. We do not substitute products or materially change agreed charges without your authorization.
The quote must distinguish merchandise cost, China domestic freight, purchasing fees, any separately agreed sourcing or inspection work, packing, storage, international freight, insurance and import charges. See current fee information. The purchasing service fee is progressive with a US$20 minimum. The one-time US$1 activation is credited toward the first order’s service fee and is not a subscription. Product sourcing without a link is a separate US$10 service, creditable toward a future purchasing service fee; confirm its scope and cancellation terms before payment. Currency conversion and payment-provider charges must be checked before transfer.
Pay only using confirmed instructions for your order. Payment screenshots require reconciliation; a contact button or submitted receipt does not establish that funds have arrived. Order acceptance and authorization must be recorded in the written transaction correspondence. No recurring charge is authorized by merely browsing or requesting a quote.
Checks and supplier goods
Agree on the inspection scope before purchase. Basic checks and photos cover visible condition and obvious discrepancies within that scope; they do not authenticate brands, establish regulatory compliance or replace laboratory, safety or functional testing. Confirm needed certifications and destination requirements before ordering. These limits do not excuse incorrect descriptions, negligent performance or any duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Shipping, cancellation and problems
The written order must distinguish supplier preparation, shipment dates and estimated carrier transit. See Shipping and US Imports for delays and import arrangements. See Returns and Cancellation for stage-based cancellation, supplier returns and damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us promptly with your order reference to resolve a problem. Do not send goods to an office address without return instructions.
Consumer protections and disputes
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, lawful payment disputes, statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, applicable warranties, or required refunds for unshipped merchandise. A supplier’s policy or a customer’s approval of photographs does not waive those rights. Optional insurance supplements applicable remedies; it is not a condition for requesting help.

Prices, route tables and delivery examples are references until confirmed in a current quote. Savings are not guaranteed. Linked marketplaces, payment providers and separately operated stores have their own terms. Some links earn BuyTCN a commission; see Affiliate Disclosure. Platform logos identify the relevant services and do not imply platform endorsement.
Changes and contact
Updates are posted here with the updated date. Material order changes require written agreement; a later website revision does not retroactively replace the terms of an already confirmed order or reduce statutory rights.
