This notice covers www.buytcn.com, inquiries submitted to BuyTCN, and information used to provide our purchasing and sourcing services. Linked marketplaces and separately operated stores have their own notices.

Who handles your information

BuyTCN works through BSHINE LTD, Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, Hunan, China, for supply-chain management, purchasing and fulfillment, and BSHINE LLC, Montana, United States, for global sales management. BSHINE LLC’s published address is 1001 S. Main St. Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. Your quote or invoice identifies the entity responsible for your transaction. Send privacy questions for either entity to services@buytcn.com.

Information, sources and purposes

Inquiries and correspondence: the name, email, phone or messaging identifier, product links, photos, specifications, quantity, budget and destination you provide. We use these to answer you, prepare quotes and communicate with suppliers.
Orders and delivery: recipient and delivery details, order records, inspection instructions, payment references and receipts you provide, and status information from suppliers, payment services and carriers. We use these to process and reconcile payments, purchase, inspect, pack, deliver and provide after-sales support.
Website operation: hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and performance services.
Preferences and optional tags: language and currency preferences and your privacy choice may be stored in your browser. Google Tag Manager is an optional tag container and is blocked on these pages unless you allow optional tags. If allowed, configured tags can receive device, page and interaction information and use cookies for measurement or advertising.

Providing contact and order information is voluntary, but we may be unable to quote, fulfill or support an order without the relevant details. Do not include sensitive identity, financial, health or other unnecessary information in a product-link inquiry. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own policies; send us only the receipt or reference needed to match your payment.

BSHINE LTD and BSHINE LLC use relevant information for their stated service roles. We disclose necessary details to the suppliers, warehouses, inspection and logistics providers, carriers, customs or payment providers involved in your request; to hosting, security, communications and professional service providers; and where legally required to authorities or to protect lawful rights. Suppliers normally need product and purchase instructions; delivery and customs providers need shipment and recipient details. Information may also transfer with a business reorganization, subject to applicable law.

Using WhatsApp, WeChat, a payment app or a marketplace sends information to that provider. Clicking a promotional link can send link identifiers and technical information to the platform and enable commission attribution. Those providers control their own sites and services. Cookies, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Optional Google tags stay off until you choose to allow them. Rejecting optional tags does not prevent requesting a quote or using purchasing services. Your Privacy Choices lets you change the setting. A detected Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track value of 1 keeps these optional tags off, even if a previous choice allowed them. This is our website’s response to those signals; it does not control a platform you choose to visit.

The preference is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Language and currency settings can remain until you clear browser storage. You may block or clear cookies and local storage through your browser; this can reset preferences. Hosting and security processing needed to serve the site continues. External services may collect information about your activities over time and across sites when you use them; optional Google tags can do so when enabled. See Cookie and tracking information.

Retention and international processing

Information may be processed in China, the United States and countries where our providers operate; local privacy laws may differ. We keep information for the purposes described above, taking account of the inquiry or order lifecycle, after-sales issues, fraud prevention, accounting and tax duties, applicable limitation periods and legal holds. Relevant records may need to be kept after a deletion request to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We do not publish a single retention period for all order records.

Requests and state privacy rights

Contact services@buytcn.com to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information, to ask about disclosures, to object to or restrict relevant processing, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. You may also write to BSHINE LLC at the address above. Identify your state or country and the request; provide only what is needed to locate the record. We may proportionately verify identity before disclosing, changing or deleting records. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authority.

Rights and exceptions depend on your residence and which laws apply to the business. Where applicable, these include rights to know, access, correct, delete and obtain portable data, and to opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Applicable statutory response periods and appeal rights control; an appeal can be sent to the same email, marked “Privacy appeal.”

Children and security

This purchasing service is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by law. Do not send information about children unless necessary and lawfully authorized for a service.

No online service can promise absolute security. Use the published contact details to report a suspected disclosure or misuse, and avoid sending full account credentials or payment-card details in messages.

Policy changes

We post changes on this page with an updated date. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent will receive that notice or consent as required by applicable law. New wording does not remove rights relating to earlier transactions.
