Shipping and US Imports
Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026
Delivery arrangements are confirmed for the actual product and destination. A carrier transit estimate is different from a promised dispatch date or a guaranteed delivery date.
Confirm before paying
- The seller and goods, supplier preparation time and agreed shipment date.
- China domestic delivery, warehouse receiving and the agreed inspection or packing work.
- The international carrier or route, destination coverage, packed dimensions, chargeable weight and full freight quote.
- The estimated transit period, any expressly agreed deadline, tracking availability and delivery address requirements.
- Insurance, import responsibilities, duties, taxes, brokerage and whether a specific DDP arrangement is included.
Preparation, inspection and consolidation can add time before international dispatch. Published route tables and typical express, air or sea transit times are estimates. They do not authorize an indefinite shipment delay or override a shipment date promised in an accepted order.
Shipment delays and US consumer orders
For covered US merchandise orders, we must have a reasonable basis to ship by the promised date or, where no shipment time is stated, within 30 days after a properly completed order. If we cannot ship on time, we will give the legally required delay notice, revised date when available and the option to cancel the unshipped merchandise for a full, prompt refund. We seek affirmative agreement to a delay; without the required agreement, we cancel and refund the affected order by the applicable legal deadline. See Returns and Cancellation. These rights are not displaced by a supplier’s terms.
US customs and import responsibilities
Before ordering, the written quote must identify who acts as importer of record, who pays duties, taxes, customs brokerage and other import charges, and who provides any required documents. The answer depends on the shipment and agreed terms. No duty-free allowance or fixed tax rate is promised on this page. Customs classification, origin, value and rules in force at importation affect the amount due.
Goods shipped from China can be subject to import restrictions, additional duties and product-specific requirements. Do not request false values, false origin statements or misleading descriptions. DDP or “duties included” applies only when expressly confirmed for the particular shipment. Customs inspection, admissibility or clearance is not guaranteed. Review US Customs and Border Protection guidance and any product-specific requirements before committing.
Product eligibility and safety
Carrier acceptance does not establish legal importability or product safety. Batteries, liquids, food, medicines, cosmetics, toys and other regulated goods may need additional documentation or may be ineligible. Tell us the product’s intended use and destination before ordering so eligibility and required checks can be assessed. Basic QC photos do not establish compliance with US safety or labeling rules.
Tracking, delivery problems and insurance
After dispatch, use the tracking information supplied for the shipment. Contact us promptly about loss, damage, a missing parcel or an address problem. We will help investigate with the supplier or carrier and explain applicable remedies. Tracking alone does not settle every delivery dispute. Any optional cargo insurance must disclose coverage, exclusions, deductibles and claim requirements before purchase. Insurance does not replace rights you have against the responsible seller or service provider.
